Intenta abrir Game maker como administrador

Siempre lo he abierto como admin.

El problema puede ser que estés utilizando Onedrive como almacenamiento de tu juego

Negativo.. No es eso el problema y la pagina de yoyocomunidad esta caida  :'( :'(
Hay puede haber soluciones.
