Comunidad Game Maker

Estoy viendo la parte tecnica de un proyecto y revisando varios softwares , me tope con esto http://pixelaria.sourceforge.net/ , segun la pagina ; para crear animaciones en pixel art y te las transforma en sprite sheet ; especificamente-

"Provides functionality for creating pixel art animations and exporting assets into animation sheets automatically in the same tool. Everything runs on a unified and simple interface based on YoYoGame's GameMaker."

es open source , yo no lo he ocupado , pero si a alguien le sirviera pues hay esta.

La verdad se ve bastante bueno y completo 8)
